TAURUS (April 20-May 20): "Nothing is really work unless you'd rather be doing something else." So said Taurus writer James M. Barrie (1860-1937), who created the Peter Pan stories. Your challenge and invitation in the coming months is to increase the amount of time you spend that does not qualify as work. In fact, why don't you see how much and how often you can indulge in outright play? There'll be no better way to attract grace and generate good fortune.
I feel like I've been excelling at this since the year began, Uncle Rob. With planning my big Spring Break trip to the Grand Canyon, small trips around the state (to the Marfa Lights, to the First Ever Rodeo, to small towns with funny names), and in town (to take pictures with wings), and even out beyond the country (hopefully to London over next Thanksgiving Week).
I feel like I've been doing this with my communities. Having Chakra Year Four, Tarot Classes, Four Fold Classes, Sabbat/Holiday classes, Full moon classes, a new women's spirituality group forming, and making the pledge to go to the traditions rituals this year.
I feel like I've been doing that with the books I've been reading and things I've been focusing on: Big Magic, The Magic of Tidying, more Paleo focus, and podcasts of Night Vale, Magic Lessons, The Green Brothers, and Ted Talks. With taking part in Omnifocus, Rituals for Living Dreambook, Messages from the Universe, BGSD, Daily Inspiration and several subscriptions to pro-good news.
I feel like it's everywhere in having fun with my friends, events and groups, outings with Karen, brunches with my little sister going from a now-and-then thing to a request for monthly. All of these things that keep getting bigger and bigger every day and week since this year started anew and the right choices were made.
I decided my joy at writing so much and so often was to make my heart brighter with the ability to drape my posts in art, again. Hello there, gorgeous Horoscopes and Astrology icon, I have missed you. You are so well loved.
