SCRIPT A DAY IN YOUR FUTURE LIFE AS IF IT WAS YOUR PRESENT LIFE
*Write a brief script for a scenario that you can later visualize. Let there be a number of elements included that imply success and happiness. When the script is complete, practice visualizing it—maybe tomorrow, first thing when you wake up in the morning, or in the shower, or on your morning commute… You can visualize it daily until it gets boring, and then create a new script.*
I woke up on a Saturday morning, just before the sun was rising, and smiled because it was a new day, and I love myself and have no regrets in my life. Then again, when I look over and see the person I love sleeping beside me. Again, as I walk down the hallways past children's bedrooms. I get out of bed and start the tea pot brewing. While it's brewing I do my challenge excursive and a short standing meditation.
I work on my writing, while listening to music, in an organized, supportive, hopeful, inspiring space of love. I have events through the day with friends about passions that fulfilled my heart and spirit to its fullest. I keep in touch with other friends, loved ones, and family members during the day as well. I eat incredibly healthy body, mind, heart enriching foods and work on my weight lifting.
In evening I will be leaving for a long trip, to see something brand new, and immerse myself in the history, art, food, society, and people of new cultures, also, with loved ones at my side, who embrace and love this way of walking in the world.
